I called up last week to enquire about the wooden shed bearer kit that was offer. Chap on the phone was very helpful, and did try to steer me to saving money by collecting myself, however, due to living the other side of Barnsley and having newborns I was finding the time to do this difficult.

I have used Hillsborough Fencing for many of my gardening projects over the past 20 years and can never fault the service, They have fitted my fences which are still standing strong after 15 years of heavy weather and have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable when helping me work out materials when I built my decking.

A problem was sorted with a fence panel and delivered the same day with no fuss whatsoever. Great service at the front desk, but didn't get the person sadly who dealt with my parents with great respect as I looked on.

Unlike your average DIY shop.

I've decked a considerable area of our back garden with boards from Hillsborough Fencing (around 90 boards in total, in two separate batches) and unlike your average DIY shop, I didn't have a single bowed board at all. They've been down for 2 years and still look great.

I must say the timber was of good quality.

I ordered my timber for my pergola I must say the timber was of good quality I was a little worried that some timbers would be twisted/bent (Banana pine) but all was well and made the job easy and looked good .some of the pailings had a bend at the end but simply cut the bent end off its to be expected.

Great, patient and efficient.

I visited for the first time on Saturday morning and again this morning. On both visits the guys that served me were great, patient and efficient. The guy in the yard was spot on too. The prices are great but that's not to the detriment of quality, all the materials I bought were great.
